2024 Annual Assessments are due on January 1, 2024 in the amount of $885.84. You may also elect to pay the 1st of each month in the amount of $73.82 or pay quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st in the amount of $221.46. All payments regardless of the option chosen, are due ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH for which the payment would be due. If payment is not received by the 15th of the same month a late fee will be assessed against the homeowners account and a interest at 8% will accrue until such time as the delinquent payment is satisfied. When a homeowners account accrues $200 or more in delinquent assessment or other charges, the account is turned over to the Associations attorney for collection. ALSO AT THIS TIME, THE ENTIRE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT BECOMES DUE AND PAYABLE.
Homeowners who are delinquent lose their right to vote in community elections, right to common areas (this includes parking spots), right to make changes to their property which would require prior Associations approval.
